DESCRIPTION
There is a lot of restraint and elegance in the 2019 Alazan Pinot Noir, selected from their best plots and fermented with indigenous yeasts and full clusters in search of freshness. It matured in a combination of concrete eggs, French oak barrels and 2,000-liter foudres, never new.
This is a lovely style of Pinot Noir, medium-bodied with great purity and precision, fine tannins and very good freshness.
