The Vallée d'Aoste DOC Pinot Gris from the Lo Triolet winery is a dry and persistent white wine from the Aosta Valley. Crushing of the freshly harvested grapes and pressing of the grapes following a short maceration.
Fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging 8 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine fermentation deposit.
