From Pinot Gris vines almost 50 years old and vinified on the lees for about 20 months, the 2020 Grauer Burgunder Musbrugger offers a pure, deep and substantial nose of ripe fruit aromas intermingled with notes of crushed stones, herbal infusion, oatmeal, fine tannins and a hint of new oak.
Rich, refined and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, dense and concentrated, intense and powerful Pinot Gris with fine tannins and elegant, mineral acidity. It is very, very long and saline, with drying tannins but a rich extract and a complex aftertaste. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork stopper.
