Pinot Grigio has the typical coppery hue of the varietal used as a starting point.
It is a bottle with a good aromatic texture, dominated by warm notes on the nose, while in the mouth it has the right softness and a balanced acid shoulder, from which emerges a touch of savouriness that encourages drinking and repetition.
