Discreet aromas of melon and apple are supported in their refreshing fragrance by a hint of glacier mint. On the palate the fruit turns a bit more citrusy with grapefruit and lemon, but not too sweet and with plenty of acidity.
Flavours of apple core and almond show a passing resemblance to a crisp Chenin Blanc. Very animating style of Pinot Blanc.
