Appearance / Color - Warm Chestnut.
Nose / Aroma / Smell - The aroma has plenty of Rye spice, but made gentle by caramel and floral notes.
Flavor / Taste / Palate - Note the relatively high proportion of malted barley in the mash bill, bringing a floral and umami note to the palate in addition to the caramel and spice of the complementary grains.
Finish - The finish is medium to long with a warm spice on the back palate.
