• Rosé Pineau de Charentes produced at Domaine Pasquet in Eraville, France • Appellation Pineau des Charentes Contrôlée • Approximately 75% freshly pressed juice from Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) is blended with 25% eau-de-vie de Cognac distilled from Ugni Blanc and aged a minimum of one year • The blend is matured in oak for 8–10 months • Aromas of musk and cherry skin with hints of rancio give way to a delightfully bright palate with notes of pomegranate, green stems, black currant, and ripe strawberry • Certified organic farming by Bureau Veritas (FR-BIO-10) and certified USDA organic • Beer and Wine License eligible • Suggested shelf life of 6 months after opening with refrigeration • 18% ABV Enjoy this pink Pineau chilled and neat, on the rocks with a lemon twist and splash of soda, or in midsummer Spritzes leading into liminal cocktailing for fall and winter.
