Normandin-Mercier Pineau des Charentes Blanc is a blend of two thirds freshly pressed grapes and one third one year old Cognac.
It is aged four years in oak barrels, allowing the fresh fruit flavors to combine and mature in a soft blend that is ready to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or a dessert wine. Fresh and fruity with a dash of “rancio”.
