A rich and fruity perfume precedes a long-lasting, elegant flavour with plenty of ripe peach fruit balanced by tangy citrus. Perfect structure and refreshing acidity. Try with antipasti, herb/pesto pasta and risotto dishes, vegetables, white fish, soft cheese or goats cheese.
