This is a full-bodied red wine with hints of blackcurrants and blackberry on the nose. Complex structure, deep fruits and a long balsamic finish. Very dark colored wine smells of oak, cherries, plums, wild berry jam and spices. The taste is weighty, but tannins are mild because of the extra maintenance in the bottles.
Wine is suitable for savory meat dishes, sweetened seasoned pasta and medium-aged cheeses.Extracting the crop is very carefully selected by selecting only the best quality berries. Fermented even in 25-30 days in oak tanks.The wine has been matured for two years in completely new oak barrels. It is then baked in bottles for a long time.Recommended delivery temperature: 18-20 ° C.
