This rock-solid, earthy rendition comes from an Alba co-op, proving that good things come in all shapes and sizes. Lots of leather and mushroom guard the fruit on the nose, while in the mouth, prune and black cherry score points.

It's a wine that's in form; a dark, delicious coffee-laden middleweight.
