The 100% varietal 2017 Phoenix Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full-bodied, fresh and juicy, with cassis and cherry framed by light brushes of pencilly oak (10% new). Silky, fine and mouthwatering on the long finish, it's a terrific example of the region, at a reasonable price.
