Pavo Real is Spanish for Peacock, specifically the rare white Peacock that is so special in the culture. This little perfectly priced white is a rich and juicy blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay is a pure joy to sip out on the porch: fresh peaches, lemon zest, and hints of pineapple burst from the glass and provide perfect refreshment for a hot summer’s day. Fantastic with grilled yellowtail and mango salsa.
