Deep royal purple in color. On the nose, blackberries, cassis, wild blueberries, cigar humidor as well as freshly turned earth. Medium to full-bodied, with great purity of fruit, with an elegant, lush, aristocratic mouthfeel.

The palate echoes the nose with juicy forest berries, tobacco, followed by freshly turned earth, a hint of fennel, mushrooms, roasted hazelnuts, medium-plus acidity with slightly powdery tannins as well as notes of fine espresso on the very long, polished and elegant finish.
