A bright yellow wine with beautiful green reflections. The palate is powerful and has a beautiful harmony of rich fruit flavours leading to a long finish. The wine was aged in stainless steel to retain its freshness.
Light and fruity, this is an easy, immediately accessible wine. Soft apple and creamed-pear flavors are balanced with acidity and a ripe aftertaste.
This wine comes from vineyards in Macconais and the grapes are grown on limestone / marl which is ideal for growing Chardonnay.
Try with starters, salmon, salad and white meats.
