This Estate Malbec is clean and fruitful in the nose with plums and quince aromas. There is a slight touch of elegant oak, blackberry and licorice fruits in the mouth. This wine has a rich and long finish with smoky accents of vanilla and lingering oak.
Winemaker Notes
100% ESTATE GROWN FRUIT The grapes are from the estate, located in one of the best wine growing areas in Mendoza. Cold maceration takes place for 2 days at 46 F and the wine is seeded with selected yeasts and ferments at 78 °F between 15-20 days. Maceration takes from 10-15 days more. 40% of the wine is matured in American Oak barrels for 8 months in order to give this wine its structure. Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered which allows the wine to accomplish such a bright appearance.

Excellent to pair with pasta, red and white meats and dishes with any creamy sauces.
