• Non-alcoholic pink grapefruit liqueur produced by Giffard in Angers, France • Pink grapefruit peels are macerated in French white wine vinegar and combined with lemon juice • Apple extract and black carrot concentrate added for color • Sweetened with sugar beet sugar • A nose of grapefruit oil and broiled grapefruit with brûléed sugar leads to a soft and full mouthfeel expressing fresh grapefruit juice and a hint of bright pith on the finish • Unopened bottles are shelf stable for 18 months • After opening, refrigeration is suggested for maximum shelf-life; use within 5 months Giffard’s celebrated grapefruit liqueur is translated into an equally compelling non-alcoholic cocktailing component.
