Single vineyard located in Nipas, Itata, just under 1HA in size planted in 1890. Silty, black sand, volcanic basalt. Dry farmed bush vines. Hand harvested.
18 day natural yeast fermentation. Aged for 10 months in neutral oak. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
