DESCRIPTION
It comes from a special vineyard on granite soils from ipas. It fermented with full clusters in concrete and matured in neutral 500-liter oak barrels for two winters.
It has strong notes of aromatic herbs and exotic spices, a slightly deeper color than Soulpit and a bit grittier (soul vs blues). With time in the glass, it becomes more austere and the palate has more grip; there's more austerity also.
