DESCRIPTION
A kosher mevushal Cabernet Sauvignon made at Hagafen Cellars in Napa by Ernie Weir. Ripe red cherry and raspberry lifted by redcurrant and pomegranate, with blackberry and blackcurrant behind, and liquorice, pepper and rosemary through the middle. Oak gives vanilla and a caramel edge. Tannins are present and finish with a firm, slightly dusty grip.
