Grapey, jammy and big in structure, this full-bodied wine lays black fruits and raisins over firm tannins. It tastes bold and big and dry, and needs a big protein to pair with. Made with no added sulfites.
Organic, contains no added sulfites, and is perfectly accessible to Vegans. Also, this was a really fun wine to have on hand, because of its practicality and structure. Whats great about this bottle is the fact that the berry aromas and nuances are some of the purest examples I've seen in a non-vintage production. Equally, the appeal of this juicy, yet, quenching wine is the price and its seasonal adaptability.
