Pairs well with Memphis-style BBQ ribs, pepperoni pizza, hamburgers with Gruyere, and a hangar steak with a balsamic reduction.
Jammy in flavor and soft in texture, this full-bodied wine seems to melt in the mouth. The strawberry and chocolate notes taste rich and ripe, with light tannins framing it all.
