From South Australia's Riverland, by the River Murray, sits Oxford Landing's winery. The use of wild yeasts, and traditional white Burgundian winemaking techniques are employed. Malolactic fermentation is allowed, and the wine is aged on the lees with a minimal use of new oak.
The result is a fuller-bodied dry white wine with restrained spice and a lovely freshness. Pair with a chicken meat pie.
