Smooth and sweet apple flavor mingles with hints of peel and nicely balanced tartness.Produced from over a dozen different varieties of apples grown in the cooler coastal mountains of Northern California, the base cider is reminiscent of the ciders from the Basque region. Using traditional French distillation and aging methods from the Calvados region in France, the brandy spends more than a decade in barrel.
