To the eye, it is bright yellow, clean and bright.

At the aromatic level, it offers a base of yellow fruit, such as apple or peach with herbaceous touches where fresh fennel stands out.

The mouth gives continuity to the presence of fruit, making it refreshing, together with a well-defined acidity that incorporates liveliness. Slightly creamy, it has touches of lemon zest and raw pine nuts that complement the whole.
