The Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge has quite a precocious bouquet with vibrant cassis and raspberry fruit that bounds from the glass.
The palate is pointed and quite sharp on the citric entry, a little brusque at the moment, although it has the structure and weight to merit another 12 to 18 months in bottle.
