Ogier Cotes du Rhone Blanc Heritages 2015

Pure golden straw color. On the nose the subtle hints of delicate flowers (rose, peony) harmonized with fruity notes (pear, mirabelle) rounded by almond and acacia honey. Mouth develops a beautiful freshness with a superb finish and long minty fruit on the nose. The finest white "heritage" ever produced by Ogier.

A blend of most of the major white grapes found in the region, look for lemon and lime, plantain, apple and mineral tones with a dry approach and a clean, silky texture. It would be great with roasted poultry, salmon or a nice creamy brie.
