Oberon Merlot 2017

Using Syrah and Zinfandel as blenders, adds a dark velvety feel to the lush berry flavor profile of the Merlot. Dense black fruit aromas are followed by blueberry and chocolate flavors, and supple tannins on the palate.

This wine is well-balanced and shows the elegant notes of this grape variety. Its tight-knit aromas and flavors of black fruit and anise should pair it nicely with grilled chicken breast in a white wine reduction sauce.
