The smoky, flinty smudge of reduction gives verve to the beautifully vivid red fruit on the nose. The palate reprises the theme with spicy, aromatic, red fruit. The body is of such well-honed, well-defined fruit, of such exquisite texture.
To be served at 15-17°C. Monstrous as an aperitif with charcuterie (Pata Negra) and powerful cheeses (Epoisses), it is also highly recommended with grilled red meat.
