Concentrated and juicy on the palate, offering sweet cherry and black currant flavors that become more lively with aeration.

Fine-grained tannins make a late appearance and add shape to a very long, smoke-tinged finish that echoes the cherry note. Perfect with red meat dishes such as slow roasted lamb shanks or seared venison.
