Sfursat 5 Stelle 2016 DOCG has a medium ruby hue, with a unique nose with ripe fruit hints of plums and the sweet spice aromas of cinnamon and cloves, derived from the partial drying of the grapes. It has a delightful palate that is extremely balanced, complex, and fullbodied. The concentrated, encompassing flavour has an aristocratic backdrop of ripe blackberries and spice, while the lingering finish is characterised by ripe fruit.

It goes well with everything that is intense and flavorful, cheese and game, maybe in dolceforte with the addition of chocolate.
