DESCRIPTION
A finely spicy nose, some turmeric, stony-smoky aromas up to flint and a hint of lemon balm tickle the nose. The bouquet is polished, still somewhat closed in the youthful stage of its long life.
On the palate, the Magnus is a whole shovel denser than the "conventional" Hermannshöhle by Jakob Schneider. The fine tannins give grip on the palate, the fine acidity is finely woven into the dense corset of stony aromas, which is at best surrounded by a hint of fruity grapefruit.
