Nicolas Chemarin Brouilly 'Saburin' 2019 comes from a rather fine pink sandstone soil. Semi-carbonic vinification with very little pumping over. Whole bunch maceration over 30 days, aging in vats. The wine is very drinkable, silky, very gurgling, it goes away on its own.
