DESCRIPTION
Intense ruby red. Nose of black cherries, blackberries and currants at first sight, then rose petals and a slight aroma of black pepper. The tannin is soft and the wine is voluminous on the palate. Sapidity perfectly fused in the structure with an acid note to make it fresh and long.
Excellent with aged cheeses, and first courses with strong condiments such as meat sauce, Matriciana and Carbonara. To be served with roasts and grilled meats.
