The nose is intense and very fine, fruity with notes of cherry and more evidently red plum. There is no shortage of floral aspects with violet at the fore. The notes of wild herbs, roots and bittering enrich the whole. Some strokes of chocolate together with some spices, such as vanilla, cinnamon close the picture.
In the mouth it is already balanced. The tannins are gentle. Good minerality and similar acidity. On the other side of the balance, ie that of softness, the pseudo-warmth of the alcohol content and the polyalcohols integrate with the hardnesses, for a great final result. On the palate come aromas of red fruit and cinchona. Very persistent.
