The 2021 Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of passionfruit and lime zest and hints of elderflower. The palate introduces delightful citrus based mouth-watering intensity and finishes with a strong textural component.
(2021 vintage) "Still very young, the latest Sauvignon from this consistent producer takes its time opening, but when it does it offers aromas of lime and guava underpinned by white spice and snow peas. The zesty palate is chalky in texture with a lengthy lime and dried herb finish. Another six months in the bottle should settle this into a really lovely drop. Christina Pickard"
