Amazing flavor

This amaro is a wonderful blend of chocolate, licorice, mint, and herbs. I bought it to make a drink called "The Usual" (courtesy of Heartwood Provisions Restaurant in Seattle): 2 oz. rye whiskey, 1 oz. Amaro Nardini, 1/2 oz. Demerara sugar syrup, 6 drops Cardamom bitters, orange peel zest. It's a twist on a Manhattan, and one the best cocktails I've ever tasted.
