Tarkettle Road Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Started out tight with spicy nose and dark fruit; medium bodied and shorter finish. As it opened the finish developed and had a little tannin you would look for in a cab.

The nose stayed spicy but the mouth really developed into very evident black cherry.  Smooth, chocolate, cocoa, dried red apricots, well rounded tannins, with a medium long finish
