The wine displays a deep, dark color, and depicts aromas of red and black fruits, through the various layers as they mature. The intense, sophisticated flavors of green pepper and herbs characterize the cabernet sauvignon grape variety, which dominates the blend, alongside hints of violets and sweet pine. It is a full-bodied wine, yet refreshing with concentrated flavors and medium, pleasant tannins.
The taste reveals the flavors of red cherries, blueberries, figs, and touches of marzipan together with minerality and a light salinity, distinguishing the piece of land where our cabernet sauvignon grow.
