Domaine Du Moulin Camus Muscadet Sevre et Mane Muscadet Sevre et Mane Sur Lie 2021

Floral and fruity this muscadet has a medium body crisp white fruit and a long and lingering finish of citrus and pear.

From 35 Year Old vines planted on predominantly schiste soil in the commune of St-Julien de Concelles. The grapes are taken to the winery for traditional pressing, followed by a cold soak then a cool fermentation. The wine undergoes lots of lees contact with regular battonage for texture before being bottled.
