This wine is wine made using grapes from very old vines, between 40 and 65 years old, from the plots at Morales, Velasquillo and San Pedro, situated alongside the bodega at Elciego.Fermented at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak vats. Aged in American, French and Caucasian oak casks.
View: Wine red gooseberry and medium-high. Nose: balanced and intense with aromas of red and black forest fruos stewed fruit nose. Mouth: The palate is fleshy, corpulent and smooth. It maintains persistence and aftertaste reminiscent flavors of parenting.
