Köfererhof's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate aromas of lily of the valley and cedar, accompanied by hints of hay and pumice stone. On the palate it is savory and fresh, with returns of fresh almond.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with shellfish-based first courses and grilled fish.
