Mt. Beautiful Chardonnay 2016

With aromatics of ripe apple and white peach, this Chardonnay has a creamy texture that makes it easy to drink. Medium bodied with underlying notes of roasted almonds and nectarine confit, it finishes clean and crisp with a lovely persistent flint like minerality.

Lovely fruit concentration on the nose leads to a lingering palate full of stone fruit and moreish complexity. Good crispness and it will evolve with time, despite the touch of heat on the finish.
