Movia Puro Sparkling 2013

The lunar equivalent in bubble stories. Puro begins where other champagnes end their lives and go on to age. The upside-down Puro lives forever, as the ever-present yeasts can keep it alive for years to come.

There is only as much sulfur as yeast has made. The nose is nicely matured, tertiary, but still with plenty of freshness. Dry, very homogeneous in the mouth. Very complex, long, great sparkling wine.
