Super pure mineral full dry white wine. Bright straw-yellow colour with firm tears. Wide nose with ripe white stone fruit, conference pear and citrus peel; chalk and dry herbs. Lush, distinguished, slender texture with ripe fleshy mouth filling and a very long spicy mineral finish.

Gastronomic wine for complex harmonious stews of both white fish, poultry and white meat; also perfect with braised white vegetables or hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 14°C
