Mount Langi Billi Billi Shiraz is a rich and exciting Shiraz from one of Victoria's most respected Shiraz producers. A generous wine of luscious red and black fruits paired with finely structured tannins and mouth-watering acidity. The spice and floral notes follow on from the bouquet to enliven the drive of fruit and mark the wine's cool climate origins.
TASTING NOTES
‘Billi Billi’ Shiraz appears as an opulent dark red liquid when poured in the glass. Upon swirling the wine, the nose is greeted with fresh red and black fruit aromas laced with black pepper, dark chocolate and fragrant spice nuances. The palate features red berry fruit flavours with spicy hints of clove, pepper and blue florals. This tight and well-crafted wine is best enjoyed with chicken, pork, pasta and other savoury dishes.
