DESCRIPTION
Langhe Rosso Memories is a red wine produced by Gabriele Morra in Pocapaglia, in the Langhe, following the principles of biodynamic viticulture. It is made from Nebbiolo grapes from young vines and Freisa grapes from Bricco Montalbano. They are harvested together, but the Freisa ripens earlier than the Nebbiolo and arrives in the cellar with a withering principle. These ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and macerate for a few days on the skins in cement. Refinement is for 6 months also in cement.
