Morin Chitry Bourgogne Blanc Olympe 2019

Pale yellow core with clear edges. The nose shows apple skins, apricots, chamomile, fresh cream, cardamom, and smoke. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture, with flavors of green apple, toast, smoked almonds, and blossoms all leading to a pointed, crisp finish. 

This wine is vibrant, energetic, and has an excellent texture and persistence. The wine's bright acidity is balanced by a distinct minerality that comes from the region's Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils.
