Montpellier Chardonnay 2017

This maiden Chardonnay is subtly wooded and grown from its own Burgundy-like, well-drained, stony virgin soil. Fermented in third and fourth French and Hungarian oak barrels, it yields creamy citrus aromas with an exciting minerality, with finely structured elegant tannins and a spicy finesse.

It’s a blend of Chardonnay that has a brilliant golden straw color, with a forward nose of apples and pears. Elegant flavors of rich fig, honey, and vanilla are complemented with a hint of toast to help provide a long, polished finish on the palate. Drink and enjoy today.
