As distinctive as it is, it’s also friendly and unpretentious with plenty of wild currant and plum flavors, with hints of allspice and dark chocolate on the palate.Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, classic Cab with aromatic notes of ripe dark cherries, bay leaf and sage blossom. The wine features enticing flavors of ripe cherry, currant and allspice. Ending with a long, smooth and luxurious finish, the Cabernet Sauvignon lingers in the mouth with berries and toasty oak.Our Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from 40% Monterey County and 60% Lodi Californian vineyards known for consistently producing topnotch fruit. The warmer weather vineyards give this wine its fruit-forwardcharacteristics while the cooler vineyards balance the acidity.
